Usually in Onett, I walk around a lot at the first, defeating every Spiteful crow, Scroll Snake, and Delinquent dog until you can kill them in one attack... Then earlier you fight Frank, always level up a few levels on the skate punks and yesmen... It will brand Frank easier to defeat.

-This way, you level upward and go some extra cash... Oh, and if you don't want to pay to stay at the hotel, Your house is always free.

Just another reminder... Afterwards you lot beat out any shining spot locations, the enimes from that location are scared of you and try to avoid battles.
